By downloading, installing, or using an application published by Graure Carmen (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. License
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Application in line with these Terms and the rules of the marketplace where you obtained it. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, defeat security, or extract source code except where applicable law permits it.
2. Third-party services
The Application may connect to third-party accounts, websites, APIs, or content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Their names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.
3. Ownership
Original code, interface elements, graphics, documentation, and proprietary features created for the Application remain owned by Graure Carmen or their applicable licensors. The Application is licensed, not sold.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Application unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or misuse a connected service.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the account settings of the marketplace used for purchase. Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.
6. Refunds
Marketplace purchases are billed and managed by the relevant platform. Refund requests must be sent to that platform and remain subject to its eligibility rules and decision.
Apple App Store
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose “Request a refund” and follow Apple’s instructions.
Microsoft Store
Open your Microsoft account order history, locate the purchase, and select an available return or refund option. Microsoft determines eligibility.
7. Warranties and liability
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no guarantee is made that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service. Graure Carmen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Changes and governing rules
Features or these Terms may change when reasonably needed for technical, legal, security, or business reasons. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence continue to apply.
