End User License Agreement

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Graure Carmen for any software application published by Graure Carmen that links to this EULA (the “Licensed Application”). By using the Licensed Application, you agree to this EULA.

1. Acknowledgement

This agreement is between you and Graure Carmen, not Apple. Graure Carmen is responsible for the Licensed Application and its content, subject to this EULA. Applicable App Store rules also apply.

2. Scope of license

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control, as permitted by applicable marketplace rules. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, defeat security, or create derivative works except where law expressly allows it.

3. Ownership

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold. Graure Carmen retains rights in original source code, interface elements, documentation, graphics, and proprietary functionality. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their owners.

4. Third-party accounts and services

The Licensed Application may connect to external websites, accounts, APIs, or services. You are responsible for following their terms. Availability, accuracy, security, and compatibility of independent third-party services cannot be guaranteed.

5. Maintenance and support

Graure Carmen, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support to the extent promised or required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the Licensed Application.

6. Warranty

The Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. If it fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund any purchase price where required. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.

7. Product and intellectual-property claims

Graure Carmen, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims about the Licensed Application, including product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, privacy, or intellectual-property claims, to the extent required by law.

8. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country or region under a United States Government embargo and are not listed as a prohibited or restricted party. You must follow applicable local, national, and international law.

9. Purchases and privacy

Purchases are processed by the relevant marketplace and follow its billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graure Carmen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, opportunities, or goodwill.

11. Termination and changes

Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. When terminated, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application. This EULA may be updated to reflect product, legal, or business changes.

12. Apple as third-party beneficiary

You and Graure Carmen acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you after your acceptance.

13. Entire agreement and contact

This EULA, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and mandatory marketplace terms govern your licensed use. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective.
