MeetDesk uses Google access only to provide the meeting actions you choose. It does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
What MeetDesk accesses
MeetDesk may request basic Google account information for sign-in, permission to create or join Google Meet spaces, and Google Calendar access when you explicitly choose to create or manage a calendar event.
How the data is used
- To identify the account you connected.
- To create meeting spaces at your request.
- To display meeting details needed inside the app.
- To add or update a calendar event only after you choose that action.
Storage and sharing
MeetDesk is designed to minimize storage. Local preferences and notes may remain on your device. Google user data is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models.
Your control
You can disconnect your Google account in MeetDesk and revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future API requests.
